This is the Yin experience.
In Taoist tradition, Yin (陰) is the receptive, the dark, the cool, the inward. It is the moonlit valley, the still pool, the breath at rest. It is the side of life that lets the body return to itself.
A Yin experience is built around that quality. Long sleep, soft food, quiet rooms, slow practice. Rest as a skill, not a luxury.

Location

Who it is for
Primary
People who want a real encounter with China without the noise. Diaspora returning, first-timers, and anyone who needs to slow down.
Young professionals already in China who need rest and a slower week.
Set in a restored cluster of stone-and-wood houses on the edge of a bamboo forest, this retreat blends silence, meditation, and Chinese cultural immersion.
Days unfold without pressure: tai chi in mist, tea ceremony with a fourth-generation master, a silent thread that runs from Thursday into Friday morning, hot springs by lantern light, and slow conversations.
You leave with a steadier nervous system, a small ritual of your own, and a quieter relationship with the China inside you.
